The condition of the products is checked before dispatching each order. If, however, a defect is found, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 (10) of Law 2251/1994 and the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU, which was incorporated into Greek law by Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891 (Government Gazette B 2144/30.08.2013), which entered into force on 13/06/2014, the consumer may unjustifiably withdraw from the product sales agreement within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days and return the products in their original condition, without be charged with any expenses other than the return costs. The sales receipt is required to return the item(s).

Refunds are based on the retail price of the product(s) you purchased and the initial shipping costs, if any (excluding additional costs if you have chosen a delivery or payment method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer).

Maizona.gr is entitled to withhold the refund until it receives the products back or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent back the products.

Refunds are made within 14 days after returning the products.

Refunds are made in the same payment method in which you completed the order. In case of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must indicate the account in which you want the deposit to be made. The sales receipt is required to return the item(s). In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a dispatch note.

In case of payment by credit card, the transaction will be canceled, and the credit card will be updated accordingly.

In case of return of defective items, you are not charged with the return costs. In case of return of items for personal reasons, the return costs are borne by the customer.

If you wish to return the products you bought from our e-shop, you must notify us in writing at info@maizona.gr, with the indication “RETURN”, and the date and number of the sales receipt.

Once we are informed about the customer’s wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, we send an online sample withdrawal form that the customer must fill out.

To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention to the condition of the products purchased and their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects or incorrect shipment of products.

We would like to inform you that we do not accept returns of specific products for the protection of the consumer public:

Sleep pillows, pillowcases, duvets are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

No changes are made to seasonal items.
